In Delhi, India, a Flipkart Minutes delivery partner named Sameer Hussain got verbally wrecked, assaulted, and threatened by some entitled COD customer who threw a tantrum over a slightly torn note. I was in India twice on business in the 2000s when the dabbawala hot lunch delivery was a big thing. It was so crazy with the motor scooters and auto rickshaws during certain times that our business partner would schedule conference meetings to avoid the traffic.
