Peruvian man was found dying on Túpac Amaru Avenue after being shot multiple times.

The rescue unit confirmed that the victim died minutes later, and a firearm was found near his body.

An accomplice fled the scene, abandoning a helmet.

The case is being investigated by the Public Prosecutor's Office and the Peruvian National Police
