Woman dies while tubing in Krasnoyarsk. A friend had her tubing attached to her car. While riding, the tubing swerved into oncoming traffic, where it collided with another car. There were two passengers in the tubing at the time of the accident: one died on the spot, and the other was taken to the intensive care unit in serious condition.
