A woman driving struck a pensioner in St. Petersburg. The elderly woman was crossing Krasnogo Kursanta Street at a crosswalk. The driver later said she simply didn't notice her. The 69-year-old woman suffered terrible injuries and died later that day in the hospital. A criminal case has been opened.
