About two years ago, a group of Russians killed several Ukrainians. They removed the head of one of them, placed it on a stake, and uploaded a video of the dead and the destroyed equipment with a blue filter. A little over a year later, the same place was filmed again, where the head and the decapitated corpse still lie.
