Security guard John Fraley treated him like a misbehaving toddler and dropped him so fast the whole “active shooter” fantasy collapsed into pure humiliation. The guy went from tough-guy strut to floor decoration in under a minute. He owed Citibank $2500. They took him to court. He called CITI threatening violent. Then drove to CITI after the call. This video missed two important event. The security guard shot him twice. The first encounter was about four rounds, the second was after he has fallen. Then proceeded to rack his rifle to return fire, this was when the perp was shot a second time, three rounds was fired by the guard. Neutralizing him instantaneously.
