Mohammed Amer, involved in a fight with his younger brother, saved his younger brother from there but unfortunately could not save himself. This incident is of 18th February but today the doctors in the hospital declared him dead

@Aneuman The police report stated that the individual hit himself with his own broom, and as you saw, they were holding the broom at the end of the video. Because of this, everyone was released and no one needed to be arrested.
