A resident named Slamet Arifianto reportedly died after being stung by dozens of Vespa wasps on Thursday (2/26/2026).
The incident began when the victim attempted to clean a water tank (Water Torn), but unexpectedly discovered a bee nest.
The victim was taken to PKU Kroya Hospital and then transferred to Banyumas Regional Hospital, but succumbed to his injuries.

what was it mandatory he stays in that nuk. should've found a pool or something. shouldn't be hard in vietnam. also wasp don't die after one sting like bees. they keep stinging and stinging. they also probably have worse wasps in a tropical climate like vietnam compared to the states.
