As those people were the only ones who died in Kenosha that night(IIRC), its safe to say that they'd still be alive had KR just stayed home.
Is he a murderer? No. As far as I can tell he wasn't provoking anyone and someone even dumber than him started that specific altercation. Did he help anything that night? No, he made a bad situation even worse. (I would also say that the village idiot is just as responsible for setting off some random clown who was holding a rifle)
Most calamities are the result of more than one factor.
In this case there was a riot. Some local good ole boys clubs made a 'call to arms'. A couple of dozen LARPers showed up, including KR. Some village idiot started threatening KR and was throwing shit at him. He was attacked. He shot someone. He ran from a mob. Shot more people. If any one of those factors hadn't happened, we never would have heard of this kid.
He used very poor judgement, but none of his poor decisions were illegal. He didn't cause those other people to attack him. They made that decision themselves.
When lots of idiots congregate together, bad things will result. Add guns.......even worse.

Chauvin didn't damage his neck, he put pressure on Floyds back so his lungs didn't have any room to expand, so he couldn't take in any oxygen into his lungs and therefore into his bloodstream, which is why Floyd suffocated.

Andrew Baker's initial examination was before he saw footage of what happened, but obviously that gives use information (like the fact that he restrained against the ground for 9 minutes a police officer pushing down on him)

The risk of the position Chauvin held Floyd in killing the detained was known and why it was not standard procedure:

According to U.S. Department of Justice and FBI data, homicide is predominantly intraracial (within the same race) for all groups. Studies from 1980–2008 and 2018 consistently show that 89–93% of Black victims were killed by Black offenders.
The rate of white-on-white homicide and Black-on-Black homicide are similar, generally hovering between 80% and 90%.
High rates of intraracial violence are heavily linked to environmental factors such as poverty, neighborhood disadvantage, and structural inequality, rather than a lack of regard for life.
While homicide statistics highlight high rates of Black victimization, 81% of Black adults expressed support for the Black Lives Matter movement in 2023, indicating a high value placed on Black lives within the community.

In summary, data reflects that violent crime is largely neighborhood-based and therefore intraracial, but it does not support the conclusion that Black lives matter less to Black people.
