Ok so I'm gonna fault the rider for blindly entering the intersection who's very design is flawed as it just connects directly to the oncoming lane, he looking like he lost and going to fast
Also faulting the driver for speeding too fast at said intersection opening but clearly the traffic there is supposed to be yielding to the main road before proceeding onto it
