Well I can see people's issue with this, the guy did instigate first, did not comply with police instructions,
in these scenarios so often turns dangerous for officers but that brief swoosh of hands was a hard hit upside the head and it was just too much in this case,
cops often have to be rougher than this due to a suspects actions against them, but its more of a slip up of overreaction on the cops part,
such a fine line, grey area about how much force when and where
