Russia. A tragedy occurred on the Muljanka River. A 48-year-old man entrusted his 11-year-old son with the control of a powerful jet ski. The boy had neither a driver's license nor the necessary water skills. At some point, the teenager lost control of the boat and crashed into a rowboat. The impact was so strong that the passenger in the boat was thrown overboard. He could not be saved, and his injuries were fatal. The court found the parent guilty of causing death by negligence. He will spend the next year in a general regime prison colony. He was also banned from operating small boats for eighteen months.

@HJC Because they start doing drugs much earlier than in Western Europe, so they age faster. In fact they start doing drugs inside the wombs of their mothers.
