What an idiot he should have smoked some more weed and he would have slowed down. Hopefully nextime he will make sure that he is Jamaican high. The only way Jaimaicans can function is to be as high as kite on weed.

@crapola The statement that Jamaicans can only function while high on weed is a stereotype, not a reflection of the entire population's daily reality. While cannabis (locally known as ganja) has deep cultural, religious, and historical roots in Jamaica, it is not a requirement for daily functioning for most people. While marijuana usage is more common in Jamaica than in some other countries, asserting that the entire population relies on it to function is an overgeneralization.

Data indicates that a minority, not a majority, of Jamaicans are regular users. One study reported that approximately 16–17% of Jamaicans currently use ganja.
As of 2015, small amounts of cannabis have been decriminalized in Jamaica for personal, medical, and religious use, which has made it more visible but not inherently a requirement for functioning. While some studies suggest cannabis is used in work settings to help with repetitive, arduous labor, this does not mean it is necessary for productivity.
