In Omsk, a man committed suicide due to unrequited love by jumping from the 14th floor. Vladislav was very attracted to a girl at work, but it turned out she was already taken and couldn't reciprocate his feelings. I don't think it's 14Th floor, look at the buildings around, by supposing they are the same height, he jumped max from 8/9th floor, I also think that if he jumped from 14th floor his body would have been totaly dispatched and dismembered over the ground and a bloody mess over there ...
