The video is very good, although some of the videos are from Brazil, and the term "Cartel" only refers to criminal groups in Mexico. In Brazil, they only talk about gangs (not cartels). Also, unlike in Mexico, Brazil has something called a "Tribunal de Justicia" (Court of Justice), which, like the Mexican cartel system, is a form of justice perpetrated by gang members against thieves or people who live in that area.
