A man lying on the rails in New York faking electrocution at first, but when his elbow hits the running rail while holding the third rail he is grounded out and is electrocuted to death. There is some nice arcing from the elbow touching the the running rail.

He didnt fake it at first. He wasnt well grounded and got shocked at first. When the elbow touched, his muscles contracts and make the arms flare out making even better contact=game over.
