Russia. A naive girl from Novokuznetsk almost burned to death when she set fire to a police UAZ car on the instructions of a gang of tax collectors. First, the 27-year-old woman was scammed out of $3,370.79, then she was told that the money was allegedly used to finance a terrorist organization and that she should set fire to the car to avoid punishment. The girl now faces up to five years in prison.

So this story happened in Russia. Ukrainian intelligence service (SBU) scams Russian people, steals their money and the force them to commit such terrorist acts. They falsely promise folks to return their money if they commit such crimes.
