A brutal attack took place in a supermarket in the Nizhny Novgorod region: Two mentally ill individuals beat up a customer for his allegedly inappropriate remark. The attackers kicked the victim, including in the face. Passersby did not intervene. After beating the victim, they took his mobile phone and fled. The man suffered a severe concussion and fractures, especially in the facial part of the head.
