The video shows the shocking moment on 21 June 2025 when Rocco Kirkpatrick had his chin impaled upon a metal fence post by Suffolk Police Officers who were attempting to handcuff him. What is even more shocking is that Rocco was only 15 years old at the time, and the officers had neither lawfully arrested him and nor were they using stop and search powers. Rocco’s only ‘offence’ it seems was to have ‘talked back’ to an imperious officer who was attempting to disperse a much larger group of youths.
