The video shows a Russian squad commander beating one of his soldiers, who had been serving as a scout. The soldier reportedly used alcohol or drugs and abandoned his position because of it. During his absence, Ukrainian forces launched an attack, and the position was lost. When he returned, fighting was already underway, and after the battle, he was beaten by his commander
