Russia. A 20-year-old driver of a Lada failed to notice an oncoming motorcycle driven by a 17-year-old while turning left. His passenger on the motorcycle, an 18-year-old, died at the scene of the accident as a result of his injuries. The motorcycle driver was taken to hospital. The motorcycle driver did not have a driver's license and his passenger was not wearing a helmet or other protective equipment at the time of the accident.
