@Malparido69 The thing is, it is not that easy to shoot someone in the leg, or in the arm. Plus both the policeman, and the suspect are moving, adjusting. Even with good aiming, there is a high risk in a miss, and/or others than the suspect getting hurt. Also when drugs, adrenaline work in the system of the suspect, who is probably an aggressive mental case at idle - he/she won't feel and won't care a thing. A couple of, or even more seconds needed to the mofo's body to realize that he's been shot and time to go down.

There is something basically wrong with so many nutjobs, drugs, and guns on the street of the US, and also the overtraining of the armed to teeth policemen seems to lack teaching of working evasive tactics. (It is weird to see they always close on the suspects, at most back off one or two steps, when the suspect moves forward on-two steps. Keeping the distance. Ok, it is a tactic, which has it's adventages, but at the same time aggrevated suspects still feel like being constantly under attack. No wonder they charge at the police, and getting stopped with 2-4 full magazines (depends on the number of policemen)..)

In the end it works most times, and until no innocent people or animal is getting harmed, it's fine by me.
