On the 2nd of this month, a 13-year-old boy in an Italian middle school live-streamed a video threatening to kill his French teacher, and the video has gone viral worldwide. Fortunately, the teacher survived, but because Italian criminal law does not hold minors under the age of 14 criminally responsible, there is controversy surrounding the 13-year-old boy's treatment (he has now been sent to a mental hospital).
