@Milan1976 Depends on which state you live in. Florida? Sure thing, in fact the don't even have to be in your house. Just a threat to your life in someway. Commiefornia? You might get in trouble and or sued by the burgler. Certain states still have freedoms and others are testing grounds for new world shitholes.
