Russia. In Sochi, a man threw more than a dozen rented electric scooters parked near a bus stop into a river. He allegedly did it because he was getting annoyed by scooter riders and the scooters themselves. Eyewitnesses say that the guard only calmed down after all the scooters in the parking lot ended up in the water. Police are now looking for a fighter against kicksharing: the owner of the service suffered significant damage.
