In the video, a Russian medic is literally fucking losing it. In the original clip from him, he's bitching about how shit the soldiers' first aid training is and shows a live example where a Russian soldier got a cranial tamponade. That means they shove a bandage into the wound, which is standard, classic, and works fine for stopping bleeding, BUT NOT ON A FUCKING HEAD. When you try to pack a head wound tight with a bandage or tampon, you're gonna end up putting pressure on the brain tissue. That can cause serious secondary damage, push bone fragments deeper into the brain, and make things go tits up instantly. In the end, that Russian soldier snuffed it
