Kazakhstan should protect gay people. I know they’ve legalised them (and trannies, gotta show them love as well) but while same-sex sexual activity is legal, and gender recognition is possible for transgender individuals, but there are NO anti-discrimination laws protecting LGBTQ+ people.
They aren’t allowed to adopt, and they aren’t recognised by the Kazakh government. This MUST STOP!

If I was to lead Kazakhstan, I’d:
Enact legislation specifically prohibiting discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI).
Halt initiatives similar to "LGBT propaganda" laws that restrict freedom of expression and increase stigma.
Ensure law enforcement properly investigates hate crimes and violence against LGBTQ+ individuals.
Implement a fast, accessible, and transparent legal gender recognition process based on self-determination, removing mandatory sterilization or surgery requirements.
Create mechanisms to protect LGBT children from abuse within families and schools, and specifically prohibit conversion therapy.
Promote inclusive workplaces and protect queer individuals from employment discrimination.
Support organizations providing professional skills development to LGBTQ+ youth to reduce financial dependency and vulnerability to violence.
Ensure non-discriminatory access to healthcare, including mental health services and, for transgender individuals, safe medical transition options.
Stop arbitrary raids on private spaces and clubs targeting LGBTQ+ individuals.
