The driver reportedly has no insurance and is not the owner of the vehicle. The injured motorcyclist is in serious condition and has already undergone several surgeries.

The government is compensating yet another person with taxpayer money, yet they themselves build poorly designed highways and put clueless drivers on them, and then comes the loss. All I see is the two people involved in the accident filing a lawsuit against the government.
