Ukraine. In the Cherkasy region, military commissars were involved in a terrible accident. The driver of a minibus exceeded the speed limit and entered the oncoming lane, where he collided with other vehicles. Four dead (commissars and civilians) and three seriously injured are in the intensive care unit of the local hospital.
