In Kirov, a 21-year-old female driver failed to yield to a motorcyclist while exiting a yard, resulting in a fatal accident. The woman behind the wheel decided to turn across a double solid line. At the last moment, the motorcyclist tried to avoid the collision, but it was too late. The car's hood was crushed and the front bumper was broken. The motorcycle, which was being driven by 25-year-old Andrei, turned into a pile of metal. He was thrown several meters away. He suffered severe injuries to his groin and hip, as well as damage to his cervical vertebrae. He died in hospital from his injuries.

The violation was much worse than simply a failure to yield to a motorcyclist while exiting a yard. The driver of the car just drove across the road over a double solid line. The motorcyclist, in his turn, was speeding significantly. Since this is Russia, we can safely assume that everyone involved was simply dead drunk.
