Unfortunately, the video only captures the aftermath of this fatal accident. According to witnesses, a young man riding a moped crashed in Vladivostok. He was 22 years old. The young man was speeding down the street on a Yamaha without registration plates, swerved into oncoming traffic and collided with a Toyota. The impact was serious; the driver died from serious injuries. An investigation has been launched. Police are currently investigating what exactly happened.
