In Novosibirsk, a drunk, mentally unstable man with a broken nose and his pants down was smashing cars and attacking passersby. The woman whose car was damaged by the troublemaker got out and tried to chase the man away, but the man chased her.

“—Leave it to me! Why are you touching my car?!”

—Go to hell, bitch, and I'll never see you again. You fucking bastard!”

Witnesses called the police and an ambulance. The ambulance was nearby and arrived within minutes.
