This video gives off the wrong impression, those two guys were not hitting him in a ill manner, they were just flogging the dust off of him, and he happened to fall off the bridge while trying to help him , you guys jumped to conclusions far too quickly!!!

I would have went after those guys for tossing shit off the bridge, especially if it would have landed on me , they have no consideration for the safety of others that are down there just trying to get from one place to the next
