I’ve always been curious about who exactly was the guy standing next to him who said, “Don’t panic.” Not because of any conspiracy theory, I only wonder if he ever have an interview afterwards talking about it. I mean he was right there. Buddv even startled him a bit when he snatched at the big Manila envelope. Anyway Budd was guilty as hell, and the documentary suggesting he was innocent is just a work of denial.
