I can understand the fellow’s predicament. Power lines are 220V and transmission lines are 230 kV. That puts the kill in kilovolts.

@ArkStowaway It's probably 25KV, which is pretty standard for electrified railways. It's enough to kill you stone dead. Which is what happened to this moron.
