Yet small countries still exist, and many of them are doing quite well thanks to INTERNATIONAL LAW.
Take Poland, for example. It was invaded jointly by Russian communists and German Nazis. What chance did it have against two allied, massive empires? And yet it survived, endured, and ultimately prevailed. Niech żyje Polska! Slava Ukraini !
