A man was shot dead inside a vehicle on the Paciência road , near Residencial Bosque, in the west zone of Rio de Janeiro , during the morning of this Wednesday (4). He was identified as Cláudio Vinícius Santos Silva, better known as “Federinha”, pointed out as leader of the militia in the Manguariba region .
According to the Military Police, the car in which the criminal was killed was stolen . He was being monitored by the 27th BPM (Santa Cruz), and had a history of robbery and criminal association .
According to the unit's command, officers found the body of a man who had been shot multiple times at the scene. Police preserved the area for forensic examination, which was handled by the DHC (Homicide Division of the Capital).
