We can only encourage dismemberment. Personally, I prefer the "old-fashioned" way of doing things, with a dagger or an axe.

The chainsaw looks good to me. The chain doesn’t look stretched. I don’t see any broken links and the chain doesn’t appear to be dull - no difficulty cutting through and there’s no kickback. And, I don’t hear any excessive vibration.

Must be one of the better cartels.
