Thats what happens when you live in a no standards corrupt country where they give car drivers licences out with a packet of peanuts. Then they come to our countries with a fake international drivers licence and we just accept them as competent when they are totally corrupt POS. They let in thousands of truck drivers who cant drive trucks and they are all a accident waiting to happen.
