Before 1991 Ukraine has been considered as "occupied by Russia," and at no point have NATO nuclear weapons ever been targeted at Ukrainian territory—not before 1991, and not after.

- Before 1991 it was pedoruzzian occupation, but Ukraine (called USSR) was separate pseudorepublic (ruled by KGB), had poor imitation of national traditions and language support at gov level. Territory where everyone was already raped and forgot their culture to become slaves of joos - called RSFSR.
We all remember that neanderthal monkeys, who'd destroyed every nations and tribes on East of Ukraine - now called "ruzzians" - are invaders from Ural mountains. We are NOT the same.
