Seemingly somebody once decided f.e. that shouting at subjects/suspects, while at least 3 cops aiming at them their guns, will result - ?? - in suddenly following orders. But many corpses tell it ain't happening. Look at this case, a safe distance, can be kept; they are outside, open air, and still gestapoing her. @Nazgull In the U.S. if the cops shoot they shoot to kill, otherwise they taze. If you are deemed a lethal threat you are shot as you should be. Many cops have been killed by knives.
