The on-board camera in the truck captured a man who decided to commit suicide by jumping under the moving vehicle. The truck driver tried to avoid him at the last moment, but failed. If you slow the video down you can see brains on the floorboard

Whatever the guy had, the trucker's lawyers gonna get it now. Maybe the estate could argue about the trucker wearing flip flops and not being able to maneuver effectively.
