He forgot that you cant clean tyres while the vehicle is moving.. But thats not what he was doing, he sitting under the truck while lifting the girls dresses as they walked past. If he survives they can send him to the UK where he can commit his crimes without putting himself in danger. They will pay him cash for his troubles.
