I’m leaning towards to that liquid being beer. I’ve worked in ER & elective surgery for years, seen every operation possible. And blood does froth like when it goes thru the dialysis pumps, it’s a light pink froth. And that splash behaved just like beer, it hit the ground and white froth foamed up just like the head on a beer pour. Someone needs to ask him. ????

At least it was numbed beforehand so the pain would be less.

I think that was vomit , then blood :heart, he was done with life and died without hurting anyone and gave us some good content for viewing
