I'm confused because I think everyone should have experience in swimming. I think there are a number of things everyone should be able to do, like swimming, riding a bike, reading text messages, etc.

Can Indians not swim?

They did that to them on purpose, everyone knows from these videos that indian people can't swim.. They put them on the boat that had the crack in the bottom and no life jackets.
