Two 24-year-olds walked onto the tracks at Spring Street station in Manhattan and sat down. Face to face with an oncoming 4 train. The motorman hit the brakes. Physics didn't care. Both died at the scene. Cops say nobody pushed them. They're now investigating whether alcohol was involved—because "why would two people sit on train tracks at 3 AM" is a question that answers itself.
